Rules Of Bathing During Pregnancy......

Pregnant women should pay special attention to the bath water temperature, time for bathing and shouldn't bathe after eating.
Pregnant women remind each other that they shouldn't bathe with hot water. However, is it right that pregnant women shouldn't take hot baths? Women need to know that if they have normal and healthy gestation, no vagina bleeding or amniotic fluid leak, having their time in the warm bathtub is very beneficial.
Submerging yourself in a warm bath is an amazing way to relax your body, helping you to reduce fatigue, and it’s also very beneficial to women with insomnia.
It’s not just about having a bath with warm water, there’re lots of things women should keep in mind about bathing:

Choose the right time to bathe

Women’s body during pregnancy is very sensitive, so you shouldn't bathe at any time during a day, especially when you've just waked up or when it’s late. Pregnant women should choose the most suitable moment during the day when their body is ready for bathing such as in the evening after returning from work.

Do not bathe when having hypotension

When the body gets tired, the blood pressure drops, bathing with warm water will make the blood vessels in the mom’s body expands, the blood to the mother’s brain as well as nutrition to the baby is not enough, which can result in bad consequences.

Do not bathe after eating

Keep in mind that you shouldn't bathe after eating (when you’re full). Bathing at this time will make the blood vessels in your body expand, blood will move to the lower body. The amount of blood provided to the abdominal cavity is not enough for the digestive system work, which will affect the digestion process. More seriously, the symptoms above can lead to sudden hypoglycemia. Therefore, though you may feel a little hot and muggy after each meal, you shouldn't take a bath, just take your time to rest and cool down.

Pay attention to the bath water temperature

Women should remember a rule when preparing bath water: run cold water first then run the hot water into the bathtub, making sure that the bath water temperature is not 36 degree C. You can use the bath thermometer to check the temperature of the water or test it with your elbow or arms as skin in these areas is the most sensitive. You need to keep bath water warm, not too hot.

Drink water while bathing

Prepare a bottle of water and put it next to the bathtub. Provided that the bath time usually lasts long, mothers should sip water to avoid the risk of dehydration.

Bathe with your husband

Normally, couples have a lot of obstacles in their sex life, especially at the final months of pregnancy. So, taking a bath together not only clears away stress but also is a way to bond husband and wife’s love. When bathing with your husband, you can ask him to massage your back, leg, arm to reduce tiredness.
